*If Shelton finishes Top-4 in their league, they will qualify to play the GSHL #4 in a play-in match. If they do not qualify, the GSHL #4 auto-advances to play the GSHL #1.
**Winner and Loser of Game #3 advance to State unless the GSHL #1 loses in the Semifinals, in which case the Loser of the Championship game will play the GSHL #1 on Saturday, May 16th in a Winner-to-State game.

The WIAA Seeding Committee will seed the State Tournament Bracket.
